Although teacher’s salaries are generally very good in Germany, you may find that the cost of living is quite high in relation to your wage packet. If you do find that you require a little extra spending money then you should be able to increase your income by offering your services as a private English tutor. The addition of one or two private students in your spare time can often make the difference when it comes to living a comfortable lifestyle in the more expensive locations around the world.
